They're on their way and registration should be open by December 1st.
PS: Volunteers are needed: "This year I'm looking for a few folks to help in process of winnowing the list of nominees to finalists. Last year there were 21 categories, and this year there will be a similar (or higher) number. My current thoughts are that each category should have 10 finalists as opposed to the 20 per category we had last year. The folks who volunteer will help in narrowing down the lists in each category, and will likely have to do a little investigative work on the nominees." [Via Wizbang]
