China has 600 000 websites and 80 million netizens

These numbers have been made public by China's Internet information resources.
600 000 websites were online in Mainland China at the end of 2003: an increase of 60%.
80 million netizens were also recorded in China.
According to Dynamic Internet Technology, a US company specialized in Internet censorship, access to 19 000 foreign websites is banned in China.
